We are so happy with how our house turned out - it is EXACTLY what we were hoping for and more. Extra time was taken during many walk throughs to make sure we had things just the way we wanted it. Small changes or adjustments on the fly seemed like not a big issue at all. When it came to the finish work on the inside and outside they always had good suggestions to make it seem just right. Throughout the whole building process they always let us know if anything affected our budget. We listen to friends talk about the challenges of building a custom home. We had just the opposite experience. Scott from Equity Enterprise was engaged and attentive to all our needs and requests. Even though we know he had other projects going on, we always felt like we were the most important priority, We really enjoyed having Scott as our builder and couldn't be more excited to talk about our great experience.
